ANOTHER liquor licence application has been lodged for the former Hashtag Public Bar and Solsbury Hill site.
A company associated with an Echuca restaurant, bar and tavern is seeking to acquire the license, enabling it to serve liquor at the Kennington Village site until 1am most days.
Melbourne-based company Katimi Pty Ltd - headed by former footballer Paul Francis Dimattina - holds the existing liquor licence.
Stella Kennington Pty Ltd applied earlier this month for the license to be transferred.
The license is for a venue capable of holding up to 413 patrons. It expires at the end of the calendar year.
Signage at the site has indicated a new tenant is 'coming soon' for some time.
It was last open as Solsbury Hill, an initiative of businessman Paul Robert Moran.
Before then, it was Hashtag Public Bar.

Hashtag was open from 2014 until November 2016, when it closed and entered voluntary administration.
Solsbury Hill opened in May 2018 and shut later that year.
The company's plans for the site were not known.
Stella Kennington Pty Ltd has yet to share its hopes for the premises.
The company is associated with two businesses operating at 45 Murray Esplanade, Echuca: Stella Kennington Restaurant, Bar, Woodfire Pizzeria and Cafe; and Kennington Tavern.
Directors of both Katimi Pty Ltd and Stella Kennington Pty Ltd were contacted for comment.
