More than 60 pooches and their owners competed in the set course, making sure to land all of the jumps, and complete all of the tunnels and weave poles.
Bendigo Obedience Dog Club vice president and trial secretary Sarah Crocker said the day had a "relaxed and fun atmosphere".
"Everyone has been having fun and loving that it's not raining," she said.
While the trial was being adjudicated, Ms Crocker said the dogs' skills and abilities were varied.
"You can get some really good viewing," she said. "Some dogs are highly skilled and it's brilliant to watch.
"But there are all of the funny little oops moments as well when things don't go quite right."
The club will be hosting obedience trials next month at the Finn Street Recreation Reserve in White Hills.
"Anyone can enter the trial as long as they are registered and have a membership through Dogs Victoria," Ms Crocker said.
