The 22-year-old was last seen at her home on Spring Gully Road about 11.30pm on Sunday.
She has not been in touch with her friends or family, which is out of character, and there are concerns for her welfare because of a medical condition that requires medication.
It is believed Sheanne might frequent the Heathcote area.
Sheanne is described as 165cm to 170cm tall with long brown or burgundy hair, a nose piercing and lip piercing.
She also has a tattoo that says "Fomily" on her right shin.
Anyone who sees Sheanne or knows of her whereabouts is asked to contact the Bendigo police station on 5448 1300.
