Both sides will have put in the extra hours this week at training to secure an upper hand ahead of the round 12 BFNL top three clash.
Top squad the Bulldogs who are 8-1 will host the in-form Roos who are 7-2-1 in third position on the ladder.
The Bulldogs have only suffered one loss so far this season, a one-goal defeat from the Hawks in round seven, and are proving to be a premiership contender.
However, the Roos second year coach Jayden Cowling continues to get the best out of his squad every week.
When the teams first met in round three it was an absolute nail-biter, with the Bulldogs securing a narrow one-goal victory.

SANDHURST V SOUTH BENDIGO
2.30pm at the QEO.
In another of the league's top five battles the Bloods will look to score valuable points over the Dragons.
The Dragons are second on the ladder at 8-2 while the Bloods are 4-4-2 in fifth position.
The Dragons, who are the reigning premiers, look to be in prime position to claim another flag come the pointy end of the season.

EAGLEHAWK V MARYBOROUGH
3.20pm at Eaglehawk.
The Hawks are showing fine form and are firmly within the top four teams, while the Magpies remain on the bottom half of the ladder.
The Hawks are fourth on the ladder with a 6-1-3 record, following a rare occurrence of several draws from close games and bizarre weather, while the Magpies are 2-6-1 in seventh.

GOLDEN SQUARE V STRATHFIELDSAYE
3.20pm at Strathfieldsaye.
The bottom of the ladder teams will face off this week, with the Bulldogs eager to secure their first win of the season.
The Bulldogs are ninth of the ladder with a 0-10 record while the Storm are 8-2 just above in eighth.

ELMORE V WHITE HILLS

In the round's only top-five clash the Bloods will look to score some valuable points to keep the trailing Blues at bay.
The Bloods are at 6-5 in fourth position while reigning premiers the Demons are at 9-1 in second, with the team's only loss in round seven to top squad Colbinabbin.
Last time: White Hills 55 def Elmore 31.
LBU V LEITCHVILLE-GUNBOWER
2.45pm at Lockington.
The Cats have just one win to their name, a two-goal win over the Saints in round one, but this week could be their chance to notch another victory when they host the Bombers.
The Cats are 1-10 and last on the ladder while the Bombers are 3-7 in seventh.
Last time: Leitchville-Gunbower 42 def LBU 31.
NORTH BENDIGO V MOUNT PLEASANT
2.45pm at North Bendigo.
A win this week for the Bulldogs over the Blues will put them in prime position to jump into the top five in the coming weeks.
The Bulldogs are sixth on the ladder at 3-6-1 while the Blues are 5-4-1 in fifth, and will be sure to put up a hard-fought effort to remain in the the top-five.
When the teams first met in round four it was the league's only draw so far this season.
Last time: Mount Pleasant 33 drew North Bendigo 33.
HEATHCOTE V HUNTLY
3pm at Heathcote.
The Saints will have a tough battle on their home court when they host top-three squad the Hawks.
The Saints have one win to their name, an eight-goal victory over the Cats in round 10, and are eighth on the ladder at 1-9 while the Hawks are 7-4 in third position.

BRIDGEWATER V BL-SERPENTINE

The Mean Machine continue to prove week-in-week-out that they are the league's premiership contenders.
The Mean Machine are on top of the ladder with an unscathed 12-0 record while the Bears are 4-7 on the cusp of the top-five in sixth.

INGLEWOOD V PYRAMID HILL
3pm at Inglewood.
The Blues will have a top chance to notch another win to their name in a season which has seen them return to the A-grade division.
It will be a close battle for the Blues who are 2-10 in eighth position on the ladder against the Bulldogs who are 0-11 in last position.
However, the Blues will need to be careful as the Bulldogs are hungry to secure their first win of the season, and this week provides them with the ideal opportunity.

NEWBRIDGE V MARONG
3pm at Newbridge.
The Maroons are continuing to prove to the league why they are also 2019 premiership contenders, under the guidance of first year A-grade debut coach Jane Reid.
The Maroons have a 8-3 record and are third on the ladder and will take on the seventh placed Panthers who are 3-9.
Last time: Newbridge 48 def Marong 31.
MAIDEN GULLY YCW V CALIVIL UNITED
3pm at Marist College Maiden Gully.
In the only top-five clash of the round both sides will hit the court ready for action.
Hosts the Eagles are fifth on the ladder at 6-5 while the Demons are fourth at 7-5.
The Demons will be sure to put on their best effort after the narrow one-goal loss on their home court when the teams first met in round five.
