Each team plays four games, with the Suns kicking off the action against Echuca Moama.
The Suns have played 12 games of two 10-minute halves across the first three carnivals so far this season and sit third on the ladder with a 5-6-1 record.
The FIDA competition aims to provide Victorians with an intellectual disability the opportunity to participate in Australian Rules at a competitive level.
"We've increased our participation this year with a lot of new people coming along, which is really positive," Suns committee member Daniel Rees, who also co-coached last year, said on Thursday.
"One of our goals is to increase female participation and we've taken steps forward with that this year."
The Suns, who are coached by Daniel Wridgway, have formed a partnership this year with South Bendigo after last season being aligned with the Dockers Junior Football Club.
