The incident occurred just before 8pm on Racecourse Road.
Emergency services attended.
One of the women, in her 40s, had head injuries and was flown via air ambulance helicopter to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a stable condition.
The second woman, also in her 40s, experienced back injuries.
She was airlifted to Melbourne's The Alfred hospital, also in a stable condition.
