The all-star squad coached by Melinda Keighran qualified for the event after going undefeated (11-0) during the Northern region finals.
"Every game this weekend is going to be a grand final quality game," Keighran said.
The team will play five games during the round robin stage of the championships, with the goal of going all the way to the grand final.
The matches are played in a modified format of two ten-minute halves.
"First up we will play Gippsland who are a strong team, we will then take on Wyndham," Keighran said.
"SS&A Ovens and Murray is then next and we played them in Shepparton and beat them twice and they beat us in the grand final, so it will be great to go up against them again."
Richmond is then next on the fixture, followed by Goldfields rival Ballarat.
"The rivalry between Ballarat and Bendigo goes back a long way and the team has some very strong girls, it's going to be a great tussle with them," Keighran said.
After the Northern regional finals, Keighran and the team have focused on various areas of improvement.
"We need to make sure we are really strong defensively and work on our structures to get the ball into our goalscorers," Keighran said.
"Our mid-court has been fantastic in setting up the feed - so we just need to get the ball to them and let them do their job getting it in to our goalers."
But above all Keighran was impressed by the camaraderie of the team.
"Everyone knows success needs to be found off the court as well, the girls respect each other and want to play for each other," she said.
"They are all so passionate about representing Bendigo."
