Goals to Tom Kay and Frank Gibbs gave the 17th-placed home side a 2-0 lead in the first half. Sixth-placed Werribee scored in the 78th and 90th minutes to level the scores.
The Bendigo City under-15s were unlucky not to secure their first win of the season.
Alec Colturi and Poung Shu Thay scored to give Bendigo a 2-1 lead after just 11 minutes. A controversial penalty in the 24th minute allowed Werribee to level the scores and that's how the game finished.
The 13th-placed Bendigo City under-14s did a great job to hold the ninth-placed Werribee City to a scoreless draw.
The under-13 clash also finished in a nail-biting draw.
A William Zactuck goal gave Bendigo City the lead before the visitors tied things up via a goalmouth scramble in the second half.
The Bendigo City under-13s are in ninth place on the ladder.
Next Sunday, Bendigo City hosts Hume City at Epsom-Huntly Recreation Reserve.
