The Braves men (6-7) head into the match 10th on the ladder while the Bandits (5-7) are 14th.
Coach David Hogan said games against the Bandits were always difficult.
"It will be an intense match," Hogan said.
"They have the league's leading goal scorer in Ken-Jah Bosley."
Bosley is averaging 22.3 points per game and Bandits teammate Torren Jones is second in the league with 13.9 rebounds per game.
Hogan said the team had worked hard off the court during the Queen's Birthday long weekend break.
"We're definitely putting in the work behind the scenes to ensure our bodies are right for the pointy end of the season," Hogan said.
"This week we've had our heaviest workload on the track. The guys are all primed and excited for the challenge on Saturday night."
Braves men captain Ray Turner said the squad was ready for the challenge against the Bandits.
"The plan is to go out with the mindset to win and just do what we need to do to get the job done," Turner said.
The Braves women (12-1) head to the border second on the ladder while the Bandits (6-6) are ninth.
The Braves women's season so far has been almost unscathed, with the only defeat from the Geelong Supercats by 16 points during round six.
Captain Kelly Wilson currently leads the league's average assists per game on 10.6 and is fourth for points per game on 22.
The round 10 match will be played at the Lauren Jackson Sports Centre in Albury East on Saturday night, women tip off at 6pm, followed by the men at 8pm.
