The Roos (5-2) sit in fourth place on the BFNL ladder and the Hawks (5-1-1) are just above in third.
"It will be tough. Last year we couldn't touch them by 20 goals both times we met in the regular season," Roos coach Jayden Cowling said.
"But we did knock them out in the finals series, so there's plenty of revenge there.
"We want to win. We certainly don't want to lose to Eaglehawk.
"We have a fairly new-look side this year so we have the belief we can knock them off and try push for a top three spot."

An advantage Cowling believed would give his squad an edge over the Hawks were the team's "new combos" across the court.
The Roos will head to Canterbury Park to play the Hawks at 2.30pm on Saturday.
The Roos also recently celebrated several netball milestones.
Milly Wicks reached her 100th game with the club and was able to share the celebration on court with her sister Ella who clocked up her 50th game.
"Our family is a massive part of the club so it's great to reach this milestone with Kangaroo Flat," Milly said.
Looking forward, Milly's goal is push it to 200 games and beyond.
Ella said she enjoyed her time with the club and the milestone came around very quickly.
"It's been such a great club to be part of and I have enjoyed playing with all of my friends," Ella said.
Just like her sister, she is determined to keep playing with the Roos for many years to come.
Emma Cravino also reached her 50th game with the club.
Chelsea Sartori played her 100th game with the club during the round eight 21-goal win over Maryborough.
"It was really special to celebrate the milestone with the girls, especially as we got the win."
Milestones aside, Sartori is confident her team will take it all the way this season.
"We're really excited for the challenge on Saturday. It will be good to see where we are at and to match it with the teams above us on the ladder," Sartori said. "We know what we need to do, now it's just a matter of going out on the court and getting it done."
