
A MAN accused of dangerous driving causing the death of an 18-year-old man at Golden Square has been further remanded in custody.
Mathew Gray, 42, made no application for bail during his brief appearance in the Melbourne Magistrates' Court today.
Eighteen-year-old Michael Keating's aunt and uncle were present for the filing hearing.

Magistrate Luisa Bazzani granted the prosecution a six-week extension of time to hand up a brief of evidence, pending the results of a toxicology report and a reconstruction of the events.
A committal mention was scheduled for October 16. Mr Gray was remanded to appear in the Bendigo Magistrates' Court via video link on that date
This is the Quarry Hill man's first time in custody.
The court heard Mr Gray was taken to hospital following the fatal crash at the intersection of Hattam Street and Woodward Road on Friday afternoon.
He was subsequently transferred to Melbourne, where he was remanded in custody until today's hearing.
