Wallace was named best player for Victoria Country in the six-goal loss to the VAFA under-19 squad in the annual clash in Melbourne.
The Victoria Country squad included Storm quartet Wallace, Bailey Henderson, Lachlan Gill and Hunter Lawrence alongside Gisborne duo Brad Bernacki and Liam Spear and Leitchville-Gunbower's Logan Prout, who was co-captain.
"To have four of our players representing the club at that level was very pleasing,'' Storm coach Troy Coates said.
"For Butch (Wallace) to be named best on ground is a great achievement."
The only downside for the Storm and Coates is the looming selection headache.
Wallace, Henderson, Gill and Lawrence all played in the round seven win over Castlemaine and then missed Saturday's comfortable victory over South Bendigo.

Jake Moorhead (knee) and Harry Conway (toe) are set to resume this Saturday against Maryborough.
Collingwood's VFL team has the bye this weekend so star midfielder Matt Smith will also be available for selection.
That means several Storm players, who've done little wrong in recent weeks, are likely to find their way back in the reserves.
"Last year we were riddled with injuries, but this year, touch wood, we've been pretty lucky,'' Coates said.
"We've got a few decisions to make at selection. It's a long season, so we'll be mindful of that as well."
Following the trip to Maryborough, the undefeated Strathfieldsaye has a testing four-week stretch against fellow top five sides Eaglehawk (away), Sandhurst (home), Golden Square (away) and Gisborne (home).
Round nine games in the BFNL: Maryborough v Strathfieldsaye, Golden Square v Gisborne, Sandhurst v Kyneton, Eaglehawk v Kangaroo Flat, South Bendigo v Castlemaine.
