The well-preserved and cared-for fleet will be part of the Central Victoria Chrysler Club's annual Mid State Mopars show and shine event.
Now in its 12th year, the two day event attracts hundreds of vehicles and a huge crowd as all models of Chrysler go on display.
"The reason we chose the name Mid State Mopars is because it covers every brand under the (Chrysler) banner," event committee member Brendan Ruiter said.
"We have about 50 members and a committee of 10 meet every couple of weeks for 10 months to (organise) the event.
"You can't run a (big) event like this without a committee. It does all the ground work and preparation then the rest of the club volunteers (on the day)."
This year's kicks off with a "super cruise" on Saturday ahead of the show and shine on Sunday.
On Saturday, early check in will be available at the Lake Weeroona Rowing Club car park from 10am to noon. The cruise leaves at 1pm and heads to the Inglewood to visit the car museum, collectable, retro and vintage shops.
The cruise finishes back at the All Seasons Hotel at 6pm for dinner and a live band.
Streets around the Bendigo Town Hall will be closed on Sunday for the show and shine event.
Last year more than 350 Chryslers were on display in Hargreaves Street, Lyttleton Terrace and St Andrews Avenue.
"At this stage entry numbers are up compared to last year," Mr Ruiter said.
"We are estimating a crowd of between 8000 and 10,000. A couple of cars got to Bendigo last week and I know a few others are staying around town.
"It's quite a good set up (at the town hall). There are a lot of cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby and we don't intrude on a lot of businesses."
The show and shine goes from 8am to 2pm with trade stalls, swap site, food trucks and a performance from the Bendigo Jailhouse Rockers.
The Mid State Mopars also donates any funds raised to charity. This year the Suicide Prevention Awareness Network will benefit along with the Marong SES and Fresh FM.
In 12 years, the Central Victorian Chrysler Club has donated more than $45,000 to local charities and organisations.
"We're a non-profit car club, so we donate back to the community," Mr Ruiter said.
"We don't charge entry to the public (for the event). The only money we make is from sponsorships and car entries to the show.
"Our secretary conctact SPAN and found they were looking for funding for a new banner so we thought $2000 could towards that.
"The Marong SES who do our parking and first aid will receive $1200 and we will donate $1000 to Fresh FM."
