HERE'S YOUR FRIDAY SPORTS UPDATE
Ahead of another big weekend of football across the region, we had a look this week at who have been the top 10 players at each club across the BFNL, HDFL, LVFL and NCFL through the first two months of the season.
Meanwhile, it's a showcase weekend for four Bendigo Pioneer players who get the chance to impress on the MCG for Vic Country against Vic Metro in the opening round of the AFL Under-18 National Championships.
It was also great to see Bendigo's Caitlin Thwaites earn a spot in the Australian Diamonds team for July's Netball World Cup, while American Becca Tobin is settling back into Bendigo with the Braves women team in the NBL1.
