James Schischka, Brady Rowles, Ben Worme, Thomson Dow, Brodie Kemp and Josh Treacy are in Victoria Country's squad of 35 for the titles, while Logan Fitzgerald, Will Shaw and Jake Dick-O'Flaherty are in an extended Allies training squad.
A 10th Pioneers player - Flynn Perez - remains in the Victoria Country squad as a development player, but won't play in the title because of his season-ending knee injury.
The Allies play Victoria Country and Victoria Metro in trial games this weekend before cutting their squad for the titles.
The Allies first game is against Victoria Country in Launceston on June 9.
Meanwhile, three Bendigo Pioneers under-18 girls players are in the Victoria Country girls squad for the AFLW Under-18 Championships.
Bendigo's Kate Douglass, Kyneton's Elizabeth Snell and Mildura's Brooke Hards were rewarded for strong seasons at NAB League level.
The under-18 girls championship will be played over two rounds.
Vic Country plays Vic Metro at Avalon Oval on June 22 before playing three games in a week in Queensland in July.
