Police believe she caught the train from Castlemaine to the city.
They have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Sienna is about 130 centimetres tall with a thin build, brown eyes and blonde fair hair.
Police have released an image of Sienna in the hope someone recognises her.
They urged anyone who sighted Sienna or who knew of her whereabouts to call the Castlemaine Police Station on 5470 4105.
