The much-anticipated clash of the competition's two unbeaten teams turned into a fizzer as the Tigers won by 46 points, 15.4 (94) to 7.6 (48).
Sea Lake set the tone early by kicking four of the first five goals of the match.

Charlton moved into fourth place after thrashing St Arnaud by 14 goals.

Wedderburn consolidated third spot on the ladder when it defeated Wycheproof-Narraport by 67 points.
The Demons kicked the first six goals of the game on their way to a 16.8 (104) to 6.1 (37).
The Demons steadied through the second and third quarters before the Redbacks went up a gear and kicked five of the final six goals of the match.
Jayden Jones, Luke and Oscar Holt and Corey Lowry played well for Wedderburn, while Sam Barnes kicked four goals.

Donald produced its highest score of the season in its 133-point win over Boort.
Donald had 10 individual goalkickers in the 22.19 (151) to 2.6 (18) victory.
Darcy Harrison kicked five goals in a best on ground performance, Kyle Matthews kicked four goals and James Wall, Rian McGough and Harry Cashin played well.
Boort's best were Keirin Wilson, Keanu Padula and Reece Boland.
After next week's inter-league break, round six will be played on May 25. Boort is at home to Birchip Watchem, Donald hosts Charlton, St Arnaud travels to Wedderburn and Sea Lake Nandaly Tigers is at home to Wycheproof-Narraport.
