This year's appeal raised a total of $18,175,467 - a record amount.
"The final tally could not have been reached without the dedicated communities across the state who have come together for the kids," Good Friday Appeal director Anne Randall said.
"We are so thankful to each and every person for their support."
Rural and regional areas contributed $3,482,573 to the final fundraising tally.
Bendigo raised almost $10,000 more than Geelong, but $43,157 less than Ballarat.
Country Fire Authority collectors throughout the state raised a total of $1,612,671.
"All the generous donations and funds raised go towards state-of-the-art equipment and technology, patient and family centred care, research, education and training at the wonderful Royal Children's Hospital," Ms Randall said.
The appeal has contributed more than $363m to the hospital since 1931.
