DESPITE his stable dropping almost 50 points on last week's score, Joe Valli has retained the lead in the Bendigo Addy Footy Challenge.
Valli's stable dipped from an average of 446.15 points per team to 396.33 this week, but it's still enough to be the best of the 154 entrants.
Valli's leading stable features Castlemaine (130.3); Gisborne (984.8 as Power Team); South Bendigo (236.3); Elmore (256.1); Leitchville-Gunbower (209.9); LBU (585.8); BL-Serpentine (389.8); Marong (360.3); Pyramid Hill (531.0); Charlton (155.9); St Arnaud (477.3) and Wedderburn (438.5).
Nath Holt is in second position with 396.15 points.
Gisborne has taken over the mantle as the No.1 ranked team with a score of 656.50 made up of the Bulldogs' winning percentage (100); team percentage (335.0); average for (134.0); and percentage of quarters won (100).
The Bulldogs are worth 984.75 for the nine entrants who have selected them as a Power Team - Valli, Adam Lowery, Dean Farrell, Alex Code, Nick Butler, Rebecca Hunter, Ash Comer, Brad Guild and Cohen Balnaves.
The two most sought-after Power Teams have been the Bendigo league pair of Strathfieldsaye with 26 selections and Eaglehawk with 22.
