President of the Rotary Club of Bendigo Sandhurst Graeme Lynas said the Easter weekend was a cooperative effort, where everyone works together to make Bendigo a good place to visit.
The club runs the annual art and craft market, which will boast everything from art, to craft, to icecream, coffee and entertainment.
Stalls will stretch along Park Road, jam-packed all the way from Bridge Street to Gaol Road.
"Historically it's the tradition of the dragon and the significance of the Chinese community towards the development of Bendigo, but also an opportunity to showcase all of the activities going on in Bendigo," he said.
"It's just a great time for people to be able to come and have fun, meet with their friends, meet with their families, and be in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere."
