Adults can join in, but it won't be as easy to find the eggs as it might seem.
Over 18s will be wearing goggles which simulate an eye condition such as glaucoma, macular degeneration or cataracts.
Vision Australia added the adult category to its Bendigo Easter egg hunt to help people understand what it's like to live with an eye condition.

Event manager Deb Gates said the event was a chance for people to experience what it's like to have an eye condition.
"It's really good because it does give people the opportunity just for a few minutes to see what it would be like to live with one of those eye conditions," Mrs Gates said.
About 200,000 Easter eggs have been delivered to the site of the hunt in Rosalind Park.
Kids can join in the fun on both Good Friday and Easter Saturday, with 21 times on each day.
The Easter egg hunt is a significant fundraiser for Vision Australia. The organisation uses the money to fund the work it does in Bendigo.
Mrs Gates said tickets were selling well, but there were still some available.
