Bendigo Braves men will go into round three of the NBL1 season with a 1-2 ratio, but Chris Hogan says it's not a true reflection of the teams ability.

"We're still trying to find what suits us in terms of how we play offence, but more importantly how we play defence together," Hogan said.
"The coaching staff and David Hogan have a view of what it should like, now it's up to us players to put it onto the court."
Braves will travel to Melbourne this weekend to play Kilsyth who are currently 2-0 after defeating Knox and Basketball Australia Centre of Excellence in earlier rounds.
"This weekend will be a great challenge," Hogan said.
"Tipped to be one of the top two teams - Kilsyth will be a good test for us.
"They've certainly got depth and talent and have guys who are currently in the NBL."
A recent key addition to the Braves - American Import Deonte Burton - impressed last round during his first week with the team in matches against BA CoE and the Ballarat Miners.
"He's going to be our on court leader and dictate our pace offensively, but defensively what he can bring - guarding the opposition's better players... will be indicative of how successful he will be."

Braves Women
Bendigo Braves will go into round three of the NBL1 season with a 3-0 ratio, but will be without star player Tessa Lavey.
"Tessa Lavey is away at an Opals camp, so we will be missing her," Veteran Brave Kelly Wilson said.
"She's had a great start to the season and is a major reason why we have been so successful.
"Her and I play really well together and I'm looking forward to the rest of the season."
The Braves women will play Kilsyth this weekend, who are currently 1-1, in Melbourne.
Despite missing key players, younger team members will have the opportunity to "show what they can do" out on the court.
"Kilsyth is a great team," Wilson said.
Wilson said in the Braves' journey to the 2018 SEABL grand final the team defeated Kilsyth.
"So I'm sure they are out for revenge - they've got a great team and are well coached, it's going to be a great game," Wilson said.
