POLICE believe a spate of burglaries across the region's north last night are linked.
Officers were hunting multiple offenders linked to a break-in at Tongala's IGA, where cigarettes, alcohol and cash were stolen.
The same offenders likely broke into a farm supplies store in Tongala where they stole a petrol generator and a small quantity of cash, the Campaspe Crime Investigation Unit's Troy Wickham.
Police also believed the offenders were linked to two break-ins in Kyabram, including at a pharmacist and tyre business.
Detective Senior Constable Wickham said police were also investigating any links with the burglary of cash at Echuca's Subway and three break-ins at Tatura.
