Bendigo production Bubble Bubble follows their story in a comic retelling of classic Brothers Grimm tale The Frog Prince.
It's a slapstick tale, which all ages will enjoy.
Company Uncertain Curtain Productions aims to give everyone the chance to perform, including those founder Sarah-Jane Fawcett terms "neurodiverse".
This might include people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, struggles with mental health, or even dyslexia.
The idea that people's differences are a strength is at the heart of the endeavour for the 25 cast and crew.
Some are "neurotypical", some are not.
"It's to basically draw a light on the fact that our differences are our strengths," Ms Fawcett said.
"Different doesn't mean bad, it's a different way of looking at things."
Some members of the cast and crew are children, some are adults.
It's meant that a very sort of mentorship has involved, with older actors taking he younger ones under their wing.
Watch out for Bubble Bubble at the Engine Room on May 17, 18 and 19.
