Pomp and Circumstance: Curator Talk

Gain insight into the important exhibition Tudors to Windsors with curatorial manager Tansy Curtin. Learn about the artists and sitters as well as the work that goes into staging a major international exhibition. Meet in the La Trobe Art Institute theatrette. Free with exhibition ticket (recommended timed ticket 12pm+).

Volunteer Gallery guides will offer a short introduction to Tudors to Windsors: British Royal Portraiture on Mondays. Meet in the La Trobe Art Institute theatrette.
High Tea with Wedgwood
Each Tuesday and Thursday commencing April 2 until June 27.
Exhibition entry at 1pm and high tea from 2.30pm.
In celebration of everything British, enjoy Tudors to Windsors followed by a sumptuous High Tea in the Sculpture Annexe. Served on exquisite Wedgwood teaware, guests will enjoy a glass of sparkling along with a traditional high tea. Cost includes single adult ticket to Tudors to Windsors and High Tea. Members $60, non-members $75. Bookings essential. These events are proudly presented by Wedgwood.

He consults for a wide variety of public and corporate organisations over an equally broad range of professional interests. Join Kenneth for a beautifully illustrated lecture examining some of the celebrated and timeless portraits of royalty, as he reveals what these works tell us about the sitter through the hand of the artist.
