Ambulance Victoria confirmed a man and woman, both aged in their 20s, and a baby girl were taken to Bendigo Health after a two-car crash on the corner of Powell and Bob streets.
"Paramedics were called to a crash at 8.35pm where they treated a woman for neck and chest injuries and a man for head injuries," the Ambulance Victoria spokesman said.
"Both were taken to Bendigo Health in a stable condition. A baby girl was also taken to Bendigo Health as a precaution."
Leading Senior Constable Carol Vermaat from Bendigo Highway Patrol said the crash occurred in when one car failed to give way to another.
"(One car) flipped causing it to land on its roof with the family inside," she said.
"The driver of the car that failed to give way will receive a penalty notice."
Paramedics also assessed two men aged in their teens who weren't taken to hospital.
