It is one of a myriad of medals Country Cob Bakery picked up at the Victorian Baking Show last week.
The business has also become a finalist in the Australian Small Business Champion Awards, to be announced this April.
Meanwhile, apprentice Lina Hut has been crowned Victoria's pastry cook of the year and will compete against other finalists for the national title in June.
