The Redbacks made 5-119 to defeat Eaglehawk by 24 runs.
Strathdale-Maristians (2-75) scored an eight-wicket win over Strathdale-Maristians Suns (68).
The semi-finals for the under-16A and under-14A divisions will be played this weekend.
In under-16A, Maiden Gully plays Kangaroo Flat, while Strathfieldsaye hosts Strathdale-Maristians.
In under-14A, Bendigo United Redbacks tackles Bendigo United, while Strathfieldsaye plays Strathdale-Maristians.
The under-14B grand finalists have been decided, with Golden Square to play Bendigo United.
