ALL four AFL Central Victoria leagues will be represented in North Bendigo's Country Football Challenge Tournament next month following the inclusion of Charlton.
North Central league club Charlton replaces Yarram, which has withdrawn from the three-day tournament to be played at Atkins Street across March 29-31.
As well as Charlton and host club North Bendigo, the pre-season tournament will also feature Maryborough (Bendigo league), Bears Lagoon-Serpentine (Loddon Valley), Swan Hill (Central Murray), Harcourt (Maryborough-Castlemaine District) and Horsham Demons (Wimmera).
AFL legend Kevin Sheedy, who was the guest speaker at a North Bendigo sportsman's night earlier this month, is the ambassador for the tournament.
The tournament will begin on the Friday night with two games under lights from 6pm, five games on the Saturday beginning at 1pm, with the grand final to be played on the Sunday afternoon.
