BENDIGO East or Eaglehawk will be the first team through to the BBD midweek pennant grand final.
Four-time defending premier East and the Hawks meet in the qualifying final on Monday at Bendigo, with the winner to advance directly to the grand final.
East finished 28 points clear on top of the ladder, but its the Hawks who have the superior formline.
Beginning from when they were a shaky 2-4, the Hawks have since won eight in a row, which included a 15-shot victory over Bendigo East in round 11.
Meanwhile, in the elimination final Bendigo and Kangaroo Flat will be fighting for survival at South Bendigo.
Bendigo comfortably had the measure of Kangaroo Flat Flat in their two home and away meetings, winning by 35 and 19 shots.

DIVISION 1 - Bendigo East v Eaglehawk (Bendigo Gaol). Bendigo v Kangaroo Flat (South Bendigo Sherman).
DIVISION 2 - White Hills v Woodbury (Kangaroo Flat A). Bendigo East v Heathcote (Bendigo Gaol).
DIVISION 3 - Kangaroo Flat v Campbells Creek (Golden Square Front). Marong v Golden Square (Bendigo East A).
DIVISION 4 - Strathfieldsaye v Harcourt (Golden Square Front). Dingee v Castlemaine (Kangaroo Flat A).
DIVISION 5 - Inglewood v Bendigo (Bendigo East A). Kangaroo Flat v Eaglehawk (South Bendigo Sherman).
