It is the second Kangaroo Flat bank branch to announce it will close this month.
Westpac announced in early February that its Kangaroo Flat branch would close.

A Commonwealth Bank spokesperson said the business regularly reviewed branch locations across Australia.
Commonwealth Bank decided to close Kangaroo Flat's branch after a recent review, the spokesperson said.
Transactions at the branch fell by more than a third over the past five years, which the spokesperson attributed to more customers choosing to use online and mobile banking services.
Commonwealth Bank declined to comment on specific matters about the employees of the Kangaroo Flat branch.
"Generally speaking, when a Commonwealth Bank branch closes, the Group will work to redeploy our employees," the spokesperson said.
Commonwealth Bank has three other branches in Bendigo, at Eaglehawk, Strath Village and in central Bendigo.
The branch will close on March 29.
In other business news, Bendigo Thales workers face the possibility of being stood down amid expected delays in production of the Hawkei defence vehicle, due to issues with the engine supplier.
