Bendigo again performed strongly with both bat and ball in a 99-run belting of Murray Valley at Windy Hill.
Bendigo is now just one win away from a return to Provincial Group, with Leongatha the last hurdle to overcome on Thursday.
Bendigo - which has won its three games by a combined 316 runs - will play Leongatha in a semi-final at Brunswick where the winner will advance to Friday's grand final.
Under a new Melbourne Country Week format introduced last year, the two grand finalists from division two - no longer just the winner - will earn promotion to Provincial Group the following year.
Neylon and Jake Klemm provided the backbone of Bendigo's 8-260 after it was sent in by Murray Valley.
The Murray Valley decision to bowl first reaped early rewards when Bendigo fell to 2-13 in the fourth over.
Among the first two wickets to fall was previous day century-maker Ryan Hartley, promoted to open, for six.
However, the wicket of Hartley was the last cause of celebration for Murray Valley for 35 overs as Neylon and Klemm rebuilt a shaky start into a match-winning total.
Neylon scored 100 and Klemm 82, with the young guns adding 167 runs for the third wicket.
Following a score of just three the previous day, the runs flowed for Neylon, with his 100 coming off just 113 balls and featuring 12 boundaries and two sixes before his dismissal on the final ball of the 47th over.
Klemm's 82 included nine boundaries, while the innings also featured a second half-century of the week to Ash Gray at a strike-rate of almost 200. Gray plundered 51 off just 26 balls.
"Jack and Jake both batted well beyond their years… the partnership those two boys put on was something very special," Bendigo coach Shane Koop said.
"To be two for not many and perform the way they did was fantastic, and Ash's innings was great as well.
"Ash is a very deep thinker of the game and is hitting the ball really cleanly at the moment."
Following a solid batting effort led by the trio of Neylon, Klemm and Gray - who combined for 233 of Bendigo's 260 runs - the load was spread much greater with the ball.
With six players all getting among the wickets, Bendigo knocked over Murray Valley inside 41 overs for 161.
Bendigo stalwart Adam Burns did what he has done so often in his 15 previous trips to Melbourne Country Week - take early wickets.
Burns claimed three of the first four wickets for Bendigo to have Murray Valley on the back foot at 4-33, which soon became 5-45.
Burns finished with 3-19 off six overs, while Dylan Klemm (2-37) picked up two wickets and Rhys Irwin (1-52), Scott Trollope (1-6), Mitch Winter-Irving (1-20) and Jake Klemm (1-2) all chipped in with one apiece.
"The bowlers are executing our plans really well; they are bowling a really good length with the Dukes ball and doing some damage," Koop said.
