It has been a competitive start to the snooker season, with many close finishes and quality performances including impressive breaks from over 50 from Tyson Howie (60,56) of Eaglehawk and John Schenck (56) of Victorian Railways Institute.
Castlemaine leads the A Grade ladder, followed by Sandhurst, Eaglehawk, Golden Square and VRI. In B Grade, the Golden Square teams lead the way.
There are still multiple spots open for potential players to join one of the BBSA's teams.
