Jayde was last seen in Shepparton at around 12pm on January 29th.

She is about 160cm tall with a thin build, hazel eyes, fair complexion and long, straight brown hair.

Jayde has been active on social media, but police have concerns for her wellbeing due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.

Police said she is known to frequent the Bendigo, Wangaratta, Yarrawonga, Bradford, Shepparton, and Seymour areas.
