Power has been restored in Bendigo.
9.34pm:
Customers in White Hills should be back on the grid, but 139 customers in Long Gully are still without power.
Thirteen customers in California Gully are also without power due to a fault in Long Gully.
Long Gully and California Gully customers can expect their power restored at 1.30am.
8.53pm:
A power outage is also affecting 139 Long Gully Powercor customers.
The fault is located on Holdsworth Road in Long Gully. Estimated time of restoration is midnight.
Some White Hills residents are also without power, due to two faults.
Earlier:
Power is out in parts of Bendigo due to two faults in White Hills.
An estimated 167 customers are affected by the outages. Power should be restored by midnight.
The Australian Energy Market Operator earlier stated Victoria’s power supplies were secure, despite hot weather putting pressure on power supplies.
The AEMO had earlier published a lack of reserve notice, which can lead to blackouts.
Faults are located in Plumridge Street and Lyons Street, White Hills.
