The brand was forced to appoint a voluntary administration in December.
Managing director David Clark described it as “a sad day for all of us” in an email to customers on Wednesday.

“Unfortunately despite the continued loyalty and support from our regular customers and staff, our business finds itself in the difficult position of having to appoint voluntary administration,” Mr Clark said.
“We understand that for many consumers out there, the rising cost of living has been an issue and we have most certainly felt that pressure as customers are more careful with their spending on discretionary items like clothing.”

Gift cards will be honoured on a dollar for dollar basis according to the Ed Harry website. Someone with a $10 gift card would need to buy a product worth $20 and contribute $10 cash.
Ed Harry did not respond to a request for comment by the time of publishing.
