The leafy surrounds of Rosalind Park will host the lunch with dozens of people expected to attend the celebration of local wine and food.
It is the ninth year the long lunch has been held with the event beginning in 2010.
A single long table will stretch through the park for the meal prepared by the chefs at Wine Bank on View.
A panel of local sommeliers and wine buyers have picked the wine that will accompany the food with some planning be on hand to discuss the wine strengths of the region.
Bendigo Winegrowers Association President Wes Vine said the March 15 event is sure to be as popular as ever.
“Regional World’s Longest Lunch Bendigo is all about celebrating that magical moment when food, wine, location and friends come together,” he said.
“We like guests to experience the diversity of Bendigo’s food and wine scene with a range of flavours and wine styles as part of the lunch.
