Golden Square finished the only unbeaten side after the four one-day rounds.
White Hills moved into second place on the back of its upset win over Sandhurst and Huntly-North Epsom’s defeat to Strathdale-Maristians.
The Demons had a superior net run rate to the Suns and will play in their first one-day final.
Golden Square was runner-up to Bendigo last summer after the final was washed out.
The final will be day-night encounter at the QEO on Sunday, February 3.
