ALL but two games were abandoned in BBD weekend pennant on Saturday after the heat policy was enforced.

The only games completed in the resumption of the season were two division three matches: Harcourt 16-111 d Castlemaine 2-83, and Heathcote 16-96 d Bendigo East 2-77.

While other games got a start on Saturday, play must be halted if the temperature hits 38 degrees under the heat policy.

The early forecast for next Saturday is for a far more pleasant 26 degrees.
