Held on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings, the recital will include both old and new works from around the world and across the centuries.
President of Apollo Productions and Choir member Fiona Beckwith-Elmi said the line-up of singers includes some of Bendigo's best voices.
“Our Christmas repertoire features Christmas carols and traditional music a highlight will be the Hallelujah Chorus,” she said.
“Doctor Bernie Street will be reading the traditional Christmas story and soprano Jessie Austin will stun audiences with her beautiful version of Gabriel’s Message.
“The evening is a kaleidoscope of musical genres as it also features contemporary music including arrangements of Beatles and Simon and Garfunkel classics.”
Apollo Chorus’ Christmas Recital is on at St Paul’s Cathedral in Myers Street from December 19 to 21 from 8.30pm.
Tickets are available at The Capital box office or online at www.gotix.com.au and includes a complimentary glass of wine and treats.
