The Roos and Jets are the only unbeaten teams in pool two after three rounds and their clash in round four will basically determine who advances to the grand final.
In pool one, the Borough joined Strathdale-Maristians with a 2-0 record after thrashing Bendigo United at Harry Trott Oval.
The Hawks and Suns also clash in round four.
Kangaroo Flat's bowlers set up the Roos win over Golden Square. Dylan Klemm (3-8), Liam Jones (3-13) and Ryan Bell (2-12) did the damage with the ball as the Roos restricted Square to 8-89.
The Roos had marquee player Matthew Underwood to thank for the victory.
The Footscray top-order batsman made 53 off 45 balls to guide the shaky Roos home by four wickets.
Underwood was the only Roo to pass 10.
Strathfieldsaye posted the biggest T20 score of the season in its 70-run thumping of Sandhurst.
The Jets hit 23 fours and eight sixes in their imposing total of 5-209.
Opener Pat Felmingham set the tone with 52 off 29 balls, while Chathura Damith (49 off 31) and Jed Rodda (48 not out off 27) continued the heavy hitting.
Young leg-spinner Kayde Howard took three wickets for the Dragons.
Sandhurst's hopes of chasing down the big total were snuffed out in the first over.
Darby Semmens and Ash Gray both fell for golden ducks.
Damith capped a superb all-round game by taking 4-17 as the Dragons finished 8-139.
Sandhurst opener Shasheen Fernando (51 off 47 balls) was the only batsman to show some form with the bat.
Bendigo United made its lowest score in the 10-year history of the T20 competition in its 89-run loss to Eaglehawk.
Chasing the Borough's total of 9-145, the Redbacks were bundled out for 56.
After making 54 not out with the bat, Eaglehawk leg-spinner Russell Stockdale toyed with the Redbacks' batsmen and took 3-0 off two overs.
Cam McGlashan also claimed three wickets for the Borough.
Earlier, Jake Klemm took 3-17 for Bendigo United, while Broadie Hawke made a quickfire 34 off 16 balls for the Borough.
In the other pool one match, Bendigo defeated Huntly-North Epsom by four runs in a low-scoring thriller.
The Goers only made 93 with the bat after Power marquee player Lewis Stabler (3-6) tore through the top-order.
In reply, the Power struggled to get on top of the bowling and continued to lose wickets at crucial times.
They needed nine runs off the final over, but came up four runs short.
All-rounder Alex Pearson (33 and 3-18) was the hero for the Goers.
Bailey Goodwin (1-14 off four overs) bowled a crucial spell.
Sandun Ranathunga top-scored for Huntly with 24.
Win-loss records after three rounds:
Pool one – Strathdale 2-0, Eaglehawk 2-0, Huntly-North Epsom 1-2, Bendigo 1-2, Bendigo United 0-2.
Pool two – Kangaroo Flat 3-0, Strathfieldsaye 2-0, White Hills 1-1, Golden Square 0-3, Sandhurst 0-2.
