Stone pleaded not guilty to murdering her partner Darren Reid in the home on Derwent Drive, Long Gully, on the night of December 18, 2016.
The prosecution alleged Stone doused Mr Reid with flammable liquid and set him alight, causing fatal burn injuries.
The defence said a “dying declaration” from Mr Reid – in which he said men attacked him – discounted the prosecution case.
The trial, which lasted over three weeks in the Supreme Court in Bendigo, heard evidence from witnesses in the area on the night, fire and DNA experts, and evidence from police.
