Crone faced 89 balls and hit 12 boundaries. Earlier in the innings, former White Hills star Brayden Stepien made 16 to take his season tally to 207 runs at an average of 41.4.
Crone took the new ball for the Blues and claimed season-best figures of 4-21 off 13.5 overs as Frankston was bowled out for just 133.
Stepien took four catches behind the stumps.

In Women's Premier Firsts action, Kangaroo Flat's Jasmine Nevins made the second-highest score for Plenty Valley in Sunday's loss to Dandenong.
Nevins made 20 of Plenty Valley's total of 93. White Hills' Letesha Bawden made one. Bawden had bowling figures of 0-19 off five overs.
Nevins and Bawden will represent Victoria Country in January's National Under-18 Championships in Bendigo and Ballarat.
