A two-over 74 in the first round put Martin in dangerous territory during round one, but the Neangar Park golfer managed to come back firing in round two with a five-under 67 to miss the cut.
The tournament was won by Jake McLeod with a total score of 20-under.
Martin’s next event will be the 103rd Australian Open from November 15-18, to be held at The Lakes Golf Club.
