Whether you’re after something homemade, quirky or great food, you’re bound to find what you’re looking for at these events.

ZONTA CHRISTMAS MARKET
The Zonta Club of Bendigo hosts an annual Christmas market which helps fund birthing kits.
These birthing kits contain items which will give women in less developed countries the opportunity to give birth in more hygienic and safe conditions.
The market is also a great opportunity to make a start on Christmas shopping while supporting local stall holders.
For a gold coin donation entry, you can participate in a silent auction and raffle.
There will be 40 different stalls to browse through with gift ideas such as delicious food, plants, jewellery, clothing, decorations, Christmas cakes, soaps, crafts, toys, dolls and much more.

BENDIGO COMMUNITY FARMERS’ MARKET
This monthly market started in 2010, aiming to provide fresh and seasonal produce local to Bendigo.
Meet the growers of your food, wine, coffee and plants.
Plan your weekend feast or that perfect meal for Christmas, get inspired by chefs and let your children enjoy a cooking class.
The day also features breakfast stalls with local groups fundraising and music.

When: Saturday, November 10, 9am – 1pm. Adults cooking class at 10am, 11am and midday. Children’s cooking class at 11am.
Kyneton Farmers Market
Stall holders gather on the second Saturday of each month to showcase the regions best local produce.
The market features the Kyneton Brass Band, sausage sizzle, wines, baked breads from Trentham, homemade jams, handmade pasta, freshly baked cakes, lots of herbs, vegetables and fruit.
Where: Piper Street, Kyneton.
When: Saturday, November 10, 8.30am – 1pm.
This market, an initative of the Maldon Neighbourhood Centre, runs monthly as a farmers and makers market.
The Maldon Market brings together handmade products and hand grown produce. It features designers, crafts people, food makes, growers and farmers.

As one of country Victoria’s best markets, the Bendigo Showground’s market is not to be missed.
The market stalls include fresh produce, hardware, plants, tools, trash and treasure and bric-a-brac with more than 200 stalls to visit.
For children, there is a jumping castle and pony rides to enjoy.
Where: Prince of Wales Showgrounds, Holmes Road, Bendigo.
When: Every Sunday, from 8.30am – 2pm (except during major events).

PEPPERGREEN FARM MARKET
Start your weekend off right by heading to the PepperGreen Farm Market to find a range of workshops and activities, and a variety of food, plants and unique treats.
The day features meeting the makers and purchasing fresh produce.
With free entry, the whole family can have lunch, grab a drink and enjoy the atmosphere.
