Bendigo Bank ‘commitment to community’ as strong as ever: Managing Director

In response to Michael Halley’s letter (Bendigo Bank Needs ‘real’ access for people, Bendigo Advertiser) dated 06 November 2018, I would like the opportunity to respond to Mr Halley’s concerns. I can personally assure Mr Halley that Bendigo Bank is not moving “slowly towards being mainly an internet service”. As an organisation that has put the interest of our customers first throughout our 160-year history, we remain committed to servicing and supporting customers however and whenever they wish to engage and interact us – be that in branch, over the phone, online or via our mobile app.
