Investigators believe the burglary occurred at the college on Etty Street in Castlemaine at about 4am on Saturday October 6.
Offenders appear to have gained entry to the school by forcing their way through a window.
Police are appealing to anyone with information about those responsible to come forward.
Police have released images of the items and asked anyone who has seen them to contact police.
