The three-time Olympian and three-time WNBL champion, says she will retire at the end of the Sydney Uni Flames’ 2018-19 campaign.
Snell, who spent two seasons with the Spirit in 2014-15 and 2015-16 before joining Sydney Uni, is currently playing her 15th season in the women’s national league.
The 37-year-old earlier this year called time on her decorated international career following the Opals’ gold medal win at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
Snell averaged 14.8 points, 4.7 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.3 steals in her stint with the Spirit, who reached the grand final against Townsville Fire in her first season with the club.
Spirit fans can see Snell in action for the final time at Bendigo Stadium, when the Flames visit on November 11.
The champion guard and forward has indicated her interest in pursuing a WNBL coaching role next season.
