Reports of a bomb threat were investigated earlier today. 

EARLIER: POLICE are conducting safety checks at Bendigo Health’s Anne Caudle Centre following reports of a bomb threat.

Access to the building, which is used for administration, has been cordoned off as police investigate.

A Bendigo Health spokesperson said no-one was in the building, which is staffed on weekdays.

Police were called shortly before 1pm.

Bendigo Health is cooperating fully with the investigations, the health care group’s spokesperson said.
