CFA were able to determine that the incident was a false alarm.
Emergency services received a call to the incident at 9.08am. It was declared safe at 9.30am.
Principal Kirshy McAinch said over 200 people were evacuated without incident.
“Students have returned to their classrooms and will be continuing their programs and the staff will be conducting a debrief this afternoon to ensure if there’s anything we can learn from the evacuation process,” Ms McAinch said.
Three appliances attended the incident.
